We love visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in Tennessee! There is so much to see and do for everyone of every age and Top Jump is one of our favorite places!
On our last trip to the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area, we brought some of the family with us! We had some adult-age kids, teen kids, and preschool-age grandchildren. We thought it would be challenging to find activities that everyone would enjoy, but we were wrong!
See why Top Jump is a must-visit attraction in Pigeon Forge!
Welcome to Top Jump!
Top Jump is an amazing trampoline park in Pigeon Forge, TN! They have something for anyone at any age! There is a special area for small kids, general bounce areas, and several areas for the more adventurous members of your family!

Safety
Additional safety measures are that grip socks are required to participate in any of the jumping activities. You can bring your own or purchase some when you arrive for $3.50 per pair.
Besides waivers to participate, there are safety rules posted throughout the facility.
Additionally, a safety video is mandatory to watch prior to entering the trampoline area. There is a small room to view this video away from the commotion of the lobby area and before you get into the actual trampoline park.
Now, that the basics have been covered, let’s get to our top six reasons to visit Top Jump!
1- The Top Jump Trampoline Area
First, let’s check out the trampoline jumping areas!
There are several areas where you can jump, climb, and more. However, the largest area is the main trampoline area.
This area is for those 42 inches and taller.
My husband and I went with our adult children (late teens through late twenties), as well as two of our grandchildren and everyone had an amazing time!
This is an area where you can hop, skip, and jump, as well as to somersaults!
In my opinion, this is the area that is best for anyone of any age because it’s the calmest of all of the bounce areas. There are several areas that are much more adventurous, such as the basketball area, dodgeball area, adventure course, and rock wall climbing. However, this area is calm enough for little ones to enjoy without roughhousing with the bigger kids!
I love how this is a perfect area for everyone: little kids, teens, and adults!
2- Top Flip
Next, let’s check out Top Flip!
Top Flip is a smaller area that allows you to jump off of a platform and onto a huge airbag! Yes! An airbag!
Both my almost thirty-year-old son and my almost five-year-old grandson had a fun time with this activity!
3-Clip ‘n Climb
There is more! The Clip ‘n Climb section is their rock wall area that is way more than just rock walls to climb!
This area hosts a wide array of various climbing challenges!
Some of the climbing areas are even timed so you can challenge friends and family to see who is the fastest!
Bonus: You can’t miss the “dark tower” where you can experience an even more unique climbing experience!
4-Top Dodge
Now let’s move on to one of our favorite areas: Top Dodge! Yes! Dodgeball!
They even have a dodgeball area! Can you tell I’m excited?!?!
I have to admit this is a pretty cool area!
This is the first place my adult kids headed to as soon as we walked in. I was with the little ones and then looked up and they were gone.
I found them happily bouncing and throwing balls at each other!
It was so much fun to watch them enjoying themselves and each other so much. The three of them no longer live full-time together, so it was so good to see them having such a good time with each other.
5- Fire and Ice
Next, we get a little more challenging!
Fire and Ice is their obstacle course that truly tests your strength, agility, and limits!
This is another favorite area for my young adult kids! The course was only one person at a time, but they were timed so they were able to compare how they did!
Talk about a fun competitive arena for the older kids! It was so fun to watch them attempt this challenge!
They had to swing from one end to the other and then used monkey bars to come back to their original location. If they fell, they had to climb over the the side they were heading to and climb up.
Then, there was a quick break to go down a small slide and a run to the next section.
They had to balance and run across these objects. There were blue squares on the backside and black circles on the front side of this obstacle. Then, they were off to the last challenge…
The finale was a run of this wall to the top where they hit a button (or pulled a rope?) to stop the timer. You could choose either side to run up, the shorter side or the taller side.
After all three of our adult-age sons tried this, my husband even gave it a shot!
6-Top Kids!
Now, we can’t forget the little ones!
They even have a special area for small children! TopKids!
Children under 42″ have their own play area! This is a great place to keep them safe from being trampled by all of the big kids in the other areas.
There are a wide variety of age-appropriate activities for the little ones including big Legos, slides, jumping, a foam pit, and more!
Plus space for running around a bit!
They have the same type of trampoline areas as the rest of the park, but it is just for them!
There are even musical instruments and a mini-basketball goal for them to play with!
This was a super fun area for the little ones and older brother even got to join in the fun too!
Additional Activities
Yes! There is even more to Top Jump!
Games
If you are not into jumping or if you or your kiddo just need a break from all of the jumping, there are plenty of other activities to keep you busy!
There were several video games and other arcade-style attractions to keep everyone busy!
Sugar Rush
In addition to the trampoline park and arcade area, there is a gift shop full of toys, goodies, and lots of sweet treats!
Just in case you need another reason
This kid. This is my 20-year-old son. He and his two brothers (ages 18 and 26) went on an eight-mile hike in Great Smoky Mountain National Park prior to joining us at Top Jump in Pigeon Forge.
On our way into Top Jump he tells me he’s too tired to jump. His plan was to sit in a nice quiet spot and watch NetFlix while the rest of us played.
If you scroll back up through the pictures you will see this is NOT what happened. He and his brothers (and all of us) had such a good time! They played so hard! They threw balls at each other, jumped, flipped, laughed, and even enjoyed jumping with their four-year-old nephew and three-year-old niece.
All in all, Top Jump is a super fun family-friendly stop for any vacation!
We hope you all have an amazing time on your next trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! It is such a beautiful area of the country and we always enjoy visiting. Top Jump was a new stop for us on our last trip and we are so glad that we tried it out! It is definitely a place we will return to!
